Canton, Ohio: In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Mercy Boutique will offer special events in October.

On-site prosthetic fittings will be available in a comfortable and private environment with representatives from Amoena on Friday, Oct. 9; American Breast Care (ABC) on Friday, Oct. 16; and Trulife on Tuesday, Oct. 20. Appointments are required and can be made by calling Mercy Boutique at 330-456-9960. Mercy Boutique will offer light refreshments, door prizes and a 20 percent sale (excluding consignment items) all three days.

Mercy Boutique was created as a sanctuary for hope and healing for cancer survivors and individuals with other medical conditions. Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Mercy Boutique offers a full-service mastectomy shop, lymphedema products, swimwear, headwear, skin care products and more. Mercy Boutique is located next to Mercy Breast Care Center. Free parking is available at Mercy’s 12th Street entrance.
